2.Description
LQ212 is a gas-shielded carbon steel wire for fabrication of mild and low carbon steel, steel-structure construction ,building and pressure vessel grades. This all position wire provides good welding performance with 100% CO2. It provides consistent chemistry, steady arc, low spatter and an excellent bead appearance.The welding wire is used as a filler metal or as a wire welding material for electrical conduction. In gas welding and tungsten gas shielded arc welding, the welding wire is used as filler metal; in submerged arc welding, electroslag welding and other molten electrode gas shielded arc welding, the welding wire is both filler metal.
At the same time, the welding wire is also a conductive electrode. The surface of the welding wire is not coated with anti-oxidation flux.
CO2 welding, this welding method has become one of the most important welding methods for ferrous materials.
