1.Product Description
Inconel 600 alloy bar is ni-cr-iron base alloy solid solution strengthening, has good resistance to high  temperature corrosion and oxidation resistance, good cold and hot machining and welding performance,  under 700 ºC has a satisfactory heat intensity and high plasticity.

4.Inconel 600 Product Features
(1) Good corrosion resistance of reducing, oxidizing and nitriding media.

(2) Good stress corrosion crackingresistance at room temperature and high temperature.

(3) Good resistance to dry chlorine gas and hydrogen chloride gas corrosion.

(4) It has good mechanical properties at minus, room temperature and high temperature.

(5) Has the very good creep rupture strength, recommended above 700 ºC working environment.

Inconel600 process performance and requirements:
(1)The alloy has good hot working performance, the heating temperature of steel ingot forging 1110ºC ~ 1140ºC.
(2) The average grain size of the alloy is closely related to the deformation degree of the forging and the final forging temperature.
(3) The alloy has good welding performance, can be raw arc welding, argon arc welding, resistance welding, brazing and other methods of connection, large or complex welding structure should be annealed at 870ºC for 1h after solution welding, in order to eliminate welding stress.
(4) The alloy must be machined after heat treatment, because of the work hardening of the material, it is appropriate to use the low cutting speed and heavy feed tool than the processing of low alloy standard austenitic stainless steel, in order to drive into the surface has been cold hardening below.
