After solution at 1200 C, it is basically single phase austenite and a small amount of MC and M23C6 carbides. After long-term aging at 700-900 C. MC does not change much, M23C6 distributes in the grain boundary in a chain shape. With the increase of aging time, the amount of precipitation increases and the size of particles grows. At the same time, WCr solid solution supplements precipitation in the grain and grain boundary, which is granular. With the prolongation of aging time, the number of M23C6 increases gradually and the size grows continuously.
Relevant technical standards stipulate that the grain size of cold rolled sheet in supply state should be in the range of 4-8 grades.

Formability of 4.1 GH3044
The forging heating temperature of 4.1.1 GH3044 ingot is 1170 +10, and the terminal temperature is not less than 900. The heating temperature of slab rolling is 1190 +10, the heating temperature of thin plate hot rolling is 1130 +10 and the final rolling temperature is not less than 800 and the total reduction rate of thin plate cold rolling is about 30%.
4.12 GH3044 sheet metal has good stamping process performance. The ultimate deep drawing coefficient of cold rolled sheet in supply state is K limit=2.06.
Heat Treatment Process of 4.2 GH3044 Parts
Intermediate heat treatment temperature is 1140 +10, holding for 3-5 minutes, air cooling. The final heat treatment temperature is determined by the working conditions of the parts. For the parts requiring good thermal fatigue properties, they are dissolved at 1150 ~5 min, insulated for 3~5 min and air-cooled; for the parts requiring high thermal strength, they are dissolved at 1200 ~5 min, insulated for 3~5 min and air-cooled.
