Hastelloy C22 (N06022) Hastelloy is a nickel, molybdenum, cobalt, tungsten and other elements of the nickel-based superalloy, nickel content of about 60%. Is a versatile nickel-chromium molybdenum tungsten alloy that offers better overall corrosion resistance than other existing nickel-chromium molybdenum alloys, including Hastelloy C-276, C4 alloy and 625 alloy. Hastelloy C22 alloy has good resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. It has excellent antioxidant water medium capacity, including wet chlorine, nitric acid or mixed acids containing oxidizing acids of chloride ions.
At the same time, Hastelloy C22 (N06022) Hastelloy also has the ideal resistance to the process of encountering the ability of reducing and oxidizing the environment. Hastelloy C22 (N06022) alloys have exceptional resistance to various chemical environments, including strong oxidizing substances such as ferric chloride, copper chloride, chlorine, and thermal contaminants. The Hastelloy C22 (N06022) alloy has the ability to resist grain boundary precipitation in the weld heat affected zone, which allows it to be adapted to a wide range of chemical processes in a welded state.
